The band leads the list for a second time, following “Demons” in 2013.

Imagine Dragons earn their second No. 1 on Billboard's Pop Songs radio airplay chart, as “Thunder” rises 3-1 on the tally dated Dec. 2.

The band previously topped the chart dated Dec. 14, 2013, with “Demons.”

The Pop Songs chart, which began in 1992 (and just celebrated its 25th anniversary), measures total weekly plays, as tabulated by Nielsen Music, among its reporting panel 162 mainstream top 40 stations.

Notably, “Thunder” succeeds Portugal. The Man's “Feel It Still” atop Pop Songs (after three weeks at No. 1), marking the first time that two rock songs have led the list consecutively in five years, since fun.'s “We Are Young,” featuring Janelle Monae, and then Gotye's “Somebody That I Used to Know”; the songs led for five and three weeks, respectively, in 2012.

On the all-genre airplay, streaming and sales-based Billboard Hot 100, “Thunder” has reached a No. 5 high so far. Check back later today for highlights the new, Dec. 2-dated Hot 100's top 10.

All charts will update tomorrow (Nov. 21) on Billboard.com.
